experiencing. I have been helping owners since VKC (Van Koevering
Company), closed its doors on October 31, 2002.
If you need assistance with your piano, I'm here to help. Although I must tell you this is NOT my full time job. I make no promises about how quick I can turn a piece of equipment around if it's sent to me. If there is not a technician in your area, I will help you make the repair yourself or guide a trusted friend to make the repair, an incident charge will be applied. Mark Sound Sets If you have a P1000 unit (VIP 300, 600, 900 or 950) and you are looking for a different sound for your Piano, you may want to consider getting the Aural Xpander CD. It contains 4 sound sets that can be loaded into any of the models listed above. The CD contains the original VK Classic 1.4 sound set that shipped on pianos from their introduction in 1997 to 1999. Some users find the piano samples in this sound set to be their favorite. You also have the VK Classic 2.0 which shipped on all P1000 pianos from 1999 to 2000. It is the current default sound set on P1000 pianos with software version 2.0 to 2.1.1. VKC made two other sound sets The Psalmist, which was created for churches and worship leaders. The sounds are the same as the VK Classic 2.0 set with the exception of the organs. The first 5 organs samples like Rock Organ or Drawbar organ were replaced with full and half rank samples. The final set, Piano Grande, is the same VK Classic 2.0 with the exception of the first 5 piano sounds, they were re-sampled to give a fuller piano sound.
