resolve service and/or support related issues that they may be
experiencing. I have been helping owners since VKC (Van Koevering
Company), closed its doors on October 31, 2002.
If you need assistance with your piano, I'm here to help. Although I must tell you this is NOT my full time job. I make no promises about how quick I can turn a piece of equipment around if it's sent to me. If there is not a technician in your area, I will help you make the repair yourself or guide a trusted friend to make the repair, an incident charge will be applied. I always enjoy talking with owners, especially the new ones that have just purchased one. If you have a unique story for your VIP (Van Koevering Interactive Piano) or even if it's not so unique. Internet Security As for your PCs, there are obviously many products out there to protect your family or personal computer while on the internet. The past year, I have received local requests to eradicate viruses / Trojans on many machines. In all case I have found the new AVG Internet security 8.5 to be a very effective total protection security suite. So much so that I have become a reseller for their products.
